Robertsbridge is a village as part of the municipality of Sale Hurst and Robert Bridge ( Civil Parish ) in the district of Rother in the county of East Sussex in the south east of England . The place is on the River Rother , which leads to the English Channel . There is a parish partnership with the French community of Saint-Brice-Courcelles .
Transport links
The community is located off the bypass road, i. H. the main road A21 . The A21 is a feeder road to the M25 London ring road .
Robertsbridge Railway Station is on the Hastings Line from Tonbridge to the sea . Robertsbridge has regular direct connections to London ( London Bridge , Charing Cross , Cannon Street / City ) and directly to Hastings on the south coast.
