Rock My Heart - Mein wildes Herz (renamed Mein wildes Herz - Alles auf Sieg for the TV broadcast ) is a German drama film from 2017. Jana, a 17-year-old teenager with a congenital heart defect, tries to be successful as a jockey with the thoroughbred stallion - contrary to the advice of the doctors and the will of their parents.

The 17-year-old teenager Jana (played by Lena Klenke) suffers from a congenital heart defect. Filled with anger about her illness, she throws herself from one adventure into the next, contrary to her parents' wishes. When she meets the thoroughbred stallion Rock My Heart of the failed horse farm owner Paul Brenner (Dieter Hallervorden), a seemingly special relationship develops. Brenner persuades Jana to train with the horse and to compete without knowing about her illness. During the race, Jana collapses on the horse, unconscious.

The film was shot from 23 August to 5 October 2016 in Cologne and the surrounding area. The film was released in Germany on September 28, 2017. The film has been available on Netflix since June 7, 2019. It ran for the first time on German free TV on May 30, 2020.
