Rodinei Marcelo de Almeida , called Rodinei , (born January 29, 1992 in Tatuí , SP ) is a Brazilian football player . The one who plays with the right foot is used as a right defender but also in the right midfield.
Career
Rodinei started his career a. a. in the youth team of Avaí FC in Florianópolis . But here he didn't make the leap into the professional squad. It was only through a loan deal with Corinthians São Paulo that the player got his first league appearance as a professional. On October 18, 2012, he was substituted on in the game against Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte in the 87th minute. As a result, he moved to AA Ponte Preta in 2014 , where he became a regular player. After just two seasons, Rodinei joined Flamengo Rio de Janeiro in early 2016 . With the club he won on November 23, 2019 2019 the Copa Libertadores . A day later, the preliminary decision in favor of Flamengo was made in the 2019 Brazilian championship and Rodinei was also able to celebrate this title.
For the 2020 season Rodinei was loaned to Internacional Porto Alegre .
