Rodrigo Solano , also known by the nickname El Oso (dt. The Bear ) or El Osito ( The Bear ), is a former Costa Rican football player in the position of a striker .

Solano came to Mexico at the end of 1945 , where he was under contract with Atlas Guadalajara until the end of 1949 , with whom he won the Mexican Cup competition in his first season in 1945/46 . In the cup final, Solano scored the decisive goal for the 5: 4 final against CF Atlante .
