The Tour of the Fjord was a Norwegian road bike race .

From 2008 to 2012 the race in and around Stavanger in the Rogaland province was held as a one-day race under the name Rogaland Grand Prix . Initially belonging to category 1.2, it was upgraded to category 1.1 of the UCI Europe Tour in 2012 . For the 2013 season, the race was held as a stage race in category 2.1 and renamed "Tour des Fjords". In 2018 it was classified in the 2nd HC category.

In the first edition, the race was held on three days with four stages, including a team time trial. Since 2014 it has taken place on 5 days, each with one stage. The team time trial has not been used since then.

The organizer of the Tour de Fjords AS race , which also organizes Hammer Stavanger , took over the Tour of Norway before the 2019 event and merged the two races under the name of the Tour of Norway , which together with Hammer Stavanger formed a nine-day cycling event.
