Roger Cañas Henao (born March 27, 1990 in Medellín ) is a Colombian football player .

Career

The midfielder played for Independiente Medellín in his youth . In 2008 he made his debut in the domestic professional league. In 2010 Cañas moved to the Latvian club FC Tranzit . There he played only four games and was committed in the same year by the Russian second division club FK Sibir Novosibirsk . In 2011 it was awarded to Jagiellonia Białystok . Here, however, he was unable to assert himself and in spring 2012 switched to Shakhtar Qaraghandy from Kazakhstan.
