Roger III (Carcassonne)

Raimund Roger ( French : Raymond Roger , Occit : Ramon Roger ) († 1067 ) was Roger III since 1061 . Count of part and since 1067 of all of Carcassonne . He was also Vice Count of Béziers and Agde and from 1062 also Count of Razès . He was the only son of his predecessor Count Peter Raimund and his wife Rangarde.

In 1067, however, Count Roger I of Foix died before Roger III, who took the deceased's shares in Carcassonne, so he was able to unite the entire county. Count Roger III. however, died himself a little later.
