Roland Németh
Roland Németh (born September 19, 1974 in Szombathely ) is a Hungarian sprinter .
Life
At the European Athletics Championships in Munich in 2002 , he won over 100 m , initially in fourth place, later the bronze medal after the first-placed Dwain Chambers had been disqualified for doping.
At the World Athletics Championships in Seville in 1999 and in Paris / Saint-Denis in 2003 , at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and at the 2006 European Championships in Gothenburg, Németh reached the quarter-finals over the same distance.
In 2002, 2006 and 2007 he was Hungarian champion over 100 m, in 1999 and 2005 over 200 m . In the hall he won national titles in 2000 and 2004 over 60 m , in 1998, 1999 and 2000 over 200 m.
