Roland Schellhammer
Roland Schellhammer (born February 2, 1963 in Rielasingen on Lake Constance ) is a German karateka, 6th Dan Shotokan and multiple karate world champion WKA (2009–2012).

Schellhammer began shooting Shotokan Karate back in 1983 . From 1985 to 1998 he fought in the Baden-Württemberg state squad. From 1992 to 1995 he was appointed to the national team of the Federal Republic of Germany by the national karate trainer (DKV) . Since then he has been working as a self-employed master carpenter with his own business and daily karate lessons. In addition he opened his own karate school with over 600 members. Since 2009 he has been in the national karate team of the WKA and since 2012 he has also been in the national team of the WKU .

- 1995 3rd place German championship in Hanau (Kumite - 80 kg) DKV
- 2009 1st place German Championships in Berlin (Kumite - 80 kg) WKA
