Roland Voggenauer
Roland Voggenauer (born January 1964 in Krauthausen , Düren district ) is a German writer , known for his Chiemgau crime novels.
Life
Voggenauer spent his childhood and youth in Thum . After graduating from high school in 1983 at Burgau-Gymnasium in Düren , he moved to Prien am Chiemsee , the place of origin of his father. Voggenauer studied mathematics and philosophy in Munich and has been working in various positions as an actuary since 1991 . In 2009 he became head of the ASTIN specialist group of the German Actuarial Association together with Dietmar Pfeifer . He has three children from his marriage to Isabelle von Bothmer. The singer Marie Bothmer is his daughter.

Film adaptations
