Rolands Pužulis (born May 19, 1990 ) is a Latvian biathlete .

Rolands Pužulis made his international debut in 2008 in the competitions of the juniors in the IBU Cup . In Ruhpolding he played his first international championship at the Junior World Championships that same year. In the individual he reached a 26th place, was 41st in the sprint, improved in the pursuit race based on it to 19th place and reached eighth place with the relay of Latvia. This was followed by participation in the junior competitions of the Biathlon European Championships in 2008 in Nové Město na Moravě , in which Pužulis was 40th in the individual, 61st in the sprint and thus missed the pursuit of one place and ran to seventh place with the relay . A year later , the Latvian took part in the European Championships again in Ufa . First he was used in the junior races. In the individual Pužulis was tenth and 38 in the sprint. He did not run for the persecution. For the season he was appointed to the men's team and was on the side of Edgars Piksons , Oskars Muižnieks and Aleksandris Sverckovs as the last runner of the season eleventh.
