Roller hockey world championship 1947

The roller hockey world championship in 1947 was the third world championship in roller hockey . It took place in Lisbon from May 18 to 24, 1947 . The tournament was organized by the Federation Internationale de Patinage a Roulettes and was also the European roller hockey championship.

The seven participating teams played against each other in the league system .

21 games were played in which 122 goals were scored. Germany did not participate. For this, Spain took part for the first time. The winner of the tournament was Portugal. It was Portugal's first title.
