Romain Dedola (born January 2, 1989 in Rillieux-la-Pape , Département Rhône ) is a French football player . He is 167 cm tall and plays in attacking midfield .

Dedola played in France at Olympique Lyon and Racing Strasbourg before playing in the 2nd Bundesliga at FC Ingolstadt 04 from 2010 to 2012 . Dedola received a contract with the Schanzern until 2012 and was number 14. On January 9, 2012, Dedola agreed with the FCI about an early termination of the contract, as he only played one game for the Ingolstadt team in the second Bundesliga in the 2011/12 season . He then moved to the third division SSV Jahn Regensburg .
Dedola made his debut for Jahn on February 4, 2012 (24th matchday) in the away game against VfR Aalen , when he came on for Mahmut Temür in the 77th minute . A total of 11 times he was used in the second half, mostly as a substitute. The Jahn reached the relegation, in which he did not play, and rose to the 2nd Bundesliga. Half a year later he was drawn back to his homeland for the fourth division Monts d´Or Azergues Foot . Since then he has played for several amateur clubs, currently at the lower class club Ain Sud Foot .

Dedola was the captain of the French U-19 national team and had previously run through the U-16, U-17 and U-18 teams in his home country.
