Romain Hilgert

Romain Hilgert (born December 22, 1954 in Luxembourg ) is a Luxembourg journalist and author.

After attending the Lycée de Garçons in Luxembourg, Hilgert worked in various companies and was co-editor of the left-wing newspaper Brandstëfter between 1978 and 1979 . Onofhangeg zeddéng fir Bewegungsong .

In the 1980s he was a journalist responsible for politics and culture at the daily newspapers Tageblatt and Zeitung vum Lëtzebuerger Vollek .

After working for the socio-cultural Radio 100.7 , he became political editor in 1994 and, from 2004, managing director and editor-in-chief of the renowned weekly newspaper D'Lëtzebuerger Land .
