Roman Sabler (born September 4, 1995 ) is a Slovak football player .

Career

Sabler started his career at FK AS Trenčín . In March 2014 he was against FK Dukla Banská Bystrica for the first time in the professional squad of Trenčín, but was not used. For the 2014/15 season he moved to league competitor DAC Dunajská Streda . He made his debut in the Fortuna league in July 2014 when he came on as a substitute for Alan Kováč in the 57th minute against Trenčín on the first day of that season . In the same month he scored his first goal in the top Slovak division in a 1-1 draw against MFK Ružomberok . By the end of the season he made 26 appearances in the Fortuna league, in which he scored three goals.

For the 2015/16 season he was awarded to the league competitor FO ŽP ŠPORT Podbrezová . For Podbrezová he came to 23 appearances in the league, in which he scored three goals. After the loan ended, he initially returned to Dunajská Streda for the 2016/17 season. After a game for the club, he was awarded again in July 2016, this time to TJ Spartak Myjava . For Myjava, he made six appearances in the Fortuna league and remained without a hit. In the winter break of the 2016/17 season, the club withdrew from the league, whereupon he returned to Dunajská Streda prematurely.

For the 2017/18 season Sabler was awarded to the second division club FC ŠTK Fluminense Šamorín . After the 2017/18 season he was permanently signed. In his one and a half years at Šamorín he came to 42 appearances in the 2nd division , in which he scored five goals. In February 2019 he moved to Austria for the regional division FC Stadlau . For Stadlau he played 14 games in the Regionalliga by the end of the 2018/19 season , in which he scored three goals. At the end of the season he had to relegate the club as the penultimate from the Regionalliga Ost.
