Ronald Prescott Reagan
Ronald Prescott Reagan (born May 20, 1958 in Los Angeles ), better known as Ron Reagan , is an American journalist . He is the son of former US President Ronald Reagan and his wife Nancy .
Life
After dropping out of Yale University after just one semester, he began a career as a ballet dancer . Forays into acting were limited to a few brief appearances on television series.
Nevertheless, he remained loyal to television. He moderated television programs and hosted various talk shows . His current show is Connected: Coast to Coast with Ron Reagan and Monica Crowley on MSNBC . In recent times he has been working increasingly as a political commentator , whereby he can be assigned to the liberal or democratic camp.
Reagan last got a bigger public on the occasion of his father's funeral and because of his open criticism of George W. Bush . When asked about his own political ambitions, he said: “I would be ineligible. I am an atheist . As we all know, this is something that people will not accept. ”In 2004 and 2009 he received the“ Emperor Has No Clothes Award ”from the Freedom From Religion Foundation .
Reagan married Doria Palmieri in 1980, who died in March 2014. He currently lives in Seattle .
