The Rosemary Plateau is up to 1728 m high plateau in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is 45 km west of Granite Harbor on the Scott Coast and forms a flattened hill on the southern flank of the Mackay Glacier connected to the northern slope of Skew Peak by a narrow ridge . The plateau consists of weathered dolerite with ledges of sandstone from the Beacon Supergroup in the eastern section and debris of this material on its western slopes.
New Zealand entomologist Keith A. J. Wise named it after his wife's first name in the early 1960s. The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee only accepted this designation on August 14, 2002.
