Rosenstrasse 9 is a building in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of the same name . It is registered as an architectural monument under the number D-6-72-114-333 in the Bavarian Monument List .

history

The three-storey Kurvilla was built in 1904 under the direction of architect Josef Wiedler in Art Nouveau style. Art Nouveau is expressed in the compact structure with a mansard roof , the embossed base, the risalit with the curved gable and the stone window frames. However, the symmetrical facade is unusual for the Art Nouveau. The garden enclosure was created at the same time as the building.

Today the property houses a guesthouse.
