Ross Elliot Bagley (born December 5, 1988 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actor . He became known in the 1990s as a child actor through his role as Buckwheat in the film The Little Rascals , a remake of The Little Rascals .

Life

His acting career began with the film Die kleine Superstrolche , where he played Billie "Buckwheat" Thomas and received, along with the other actors, a Young Artist Award for the best young acting ensemble in a film. Then played Ross's cousin Nicholas "Nicky" Banks of Will Smith , in the television series The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and received for his performance two Young Artist Awards, for Best Actor under ten years. In the film Independence Day he played the son of Vivica A. Fox . For this achievement he was nominated for the Young Artist Award, but this time came away empty-handed. Subsequently, Ross Bagley had minor appearances in various television series.
