Roy Alon

Roy Alon (also Roy Allon ) (* 1942 in Otley ; † February 1, 2006 in Leeds ) was a British actor and stuntman .

Roy Alon began his career in the early 1970s. His acting appearances were mostly limited to small and small roles in episodes of television series and sometimes of films in which he appeared as a stuntman, he was involved as a stuntman in some important films. Among them are films like The Bridge of Arnhem , Rififi on Good Friday , American Werewolf , The Pink Panther is Hunted , Superman III - The Steel Lightning , The Curse of the Pink Panther , Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom , 101 Dalmatians , the TV series Band of Brothers - We were like brothers as well as all of the James Bond films from The Spy Who Loved Me Until Die Another Day . His last film was The Da Vinci Code in 2006 . He has also been involved in many films as a stunt coordinator and as a second-unit director. Alon did the stunts in more than 150 movies. In total, he is the most prominent stuntman in the Guinness Book of Records with over 1000 stunt appearances in a career spanning more than 30 years .

Roy Alon died of heart failure in Leeds.
