Rudolf certificate
The Rudolf report is a work by the German right-wing extremist Germar Rudolf under the title report on the formation and detectability of cyanide compounds in the "gas chambers" of Auschwitz , which should give the Holocaust denial a scientific coating. He wrote it in 1992 on behalf of the Düsseldorf lawyer and former fighter pilot in World War II Hajo Herrmann initially as a court expert opinions in defense of due sedition sentenced Otto Ernst Remer and gave it in 2001 as a book out. He was supported in this report by the chemist and CDU member Dieter Bartling (born 1928).
The graduate chemist Rudolf tried to underpin the thesis of the so-called Leuchter Report of 1988, according to which the gas chambers of the National Socialist extermination camp Auschwitz-Birkenau were only mock-ups and Zyklon B was only used there for delousing clothes against typhus . To this end, Rudolf measured and compared the hydrocyanic acid residues found in them using samples allegedly taken himself from the walls of former delousing and gas chambers .
The methodology and conclusions from Rudolf's chemical analyzes were refuted in detail by various experts, namely the US chemist and court expert Richard Green on behalf of the Holocaust History Project . As a result, they judge the writing to be pseudoscientific , as it ignores proven facts about the mass gassing of people.
In March 2007 Rudolf was sentenced to two and a half years imprisonment for the publication of this publication as a Holocaust denier. The font is still sold on the Internet and is often used by history revisionists for anti-Semitic propaganda.

This almost 120-page large-format brochure was published by an English publisher belonging to the Remer group , as was a short version entitled Scientific landslide through the Rudolf report . For legal reasons, Rudolf did not appear as the responsible author, instead two editors were named. According to the Handbuch des Antisemitismus , Armin Solms, named as the editor, apparently did not exist; the second editor, Rüdiger Kammerer, is the pseudonym of a confidante of Rudolf.
