Rudolf Amend
Rudolf Amend (born December 24, 1891 in Runkel ; † June 30, 1968 ) was a German politician ( CDU ) and a member of the state assembly of Greater Hesse that advised the constitution .
Rudolf Amend attended elementary school and secondary school and studied at the universities of Freiburg, Marburg and Munich law .
After the Second World War he was chairman of the Spruchkammer in the Oberlahn district .
1945 to May 1948 he was mayor of Runkel . From July 15, 1946 to November 30, 1946 he was a member of the state assembly of Greater Hesse, which advised the constitution.
