Rudolf Diwald
Rudolf Diwald (born July 22, 1921 , † 1952 ) was an Austrian table tennis player . In 1940 he became German individual champion.
Career
Rudolf Diwald began his career in the Postsportverein Wien , with which he - after the annexation of Austria - became German team champion in 1939. A year later he was also German individual champion.
After the Second World War he won bronze with the Austrian team at the 1948 World Cup. Once he was champion of Austria in doubles, twice he took 2nd place in doubles.
