Rudolf Ipold
Rudolf Ipold (born December 23, 1873 in Vienna ; † March 18, 1936 there ) was an Austrian miniature painter.
Rudolf Ipold was a private student of Adalbert Franz Seligmann from 1890 , then at the Vienna School of Applied Arts and from 1892 to 1897 at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna . Then Ipold became a student in Eduard Veith's studio .
From 1907 Ipold worked as a freelance portrait miniature painter in the style of traditional Viennese miniature painting. He portrayed prominent persons from the imperial family, the nobility and large-scale industry, including from Germany , France , England , Italy and the United States .
