Rudolf Kramer (born January 17, 1886 in Vienna , † after June 9, 1914) was an Austrian cyclist.

From 1911 to 1913 Rudolf Kramer was the dominant cyclist in Austria. From 1911 he won the Vienna – Graz – Vienna race three times in a row . In 1911 he became two-time Austrian mountain champion: On the same day, two championships were held by two different associations on the same route in Semmering . Kramer, "the lithe, indomitable Viennese racing driver", won both with almost the same time, one in the morning and the second in the afternoon.

On June 2, 1912, Kramer finished third in the qualifying race for the Olympic Games in Stockholm . For this, the Purkersdorf - Rekawinkel - St. Pölten - Sieghartskirchen - Purkersdorf route had to be mastered three times , a total of 291 kilometers. Kramer completed this distance in 11: 16: 57.6 hours. The Olympic road race was run in the form of an individual time trial over the route of the race around Mälaren near Stockholm over 320 kilometers. Kramer finished 43rd, in the team standings (the driving times of the six Austrian drivers Robert Rammer , Adolf Kofler , Josef Trixl-Hellensteiner , Josef Zilker and Alois Wacha were added) the Austrian team finished seventh.

A few weeks later, Kramer won the distance trip Vienna - Prague - Vienna over 288 kilometers in 12:33:49 hours. In June 1914 he won the Niederberg race . Nothing is known about his further life.
