Rudolf Neubeck

Rudolf Neubeck (born April 15, 1899 in Schwerin ; † April 21, 1967 in Preetz ) was a German lawyer, CDU politician and member of the Bundestag .

Life

From 1905 Rudolf Neubeck attended pre-school and from 1908 the grammar school in Schwerin. After graduating from high school in 1917, he was drafted into military service, but was no longer used as a soldier. He studied law in Heidelberg, Marburg, Munich and Rostock until 1922 , passed the legal traineeship in 1922 and the assessor exam in 1925. Established as a lawyer in Schwerin since 1925, he was called up for military service in 1939, but was later released from his office due to staff shortages. At the end of July 1945, Neubeck joined the Schwerin CDU, was elected to the state executive in April 1946 and finally moved into the state parliament after the elections in October . Neubeck was primarily responsible for legal and personnel issues in the CDU state executive. After 1950 he was not nominated again as a candidate for the state parliament. After the DC circuit of the CDU Neubeck withdrew from the party work, but remained in Schwerin. After his daughter was arrested as a biology student at the University of Rostock, the Ministry for State Security wanted to blackmail him into working with him. Neubeck then fled to the Federal Republic.
