Rudolf Nokk

Rudolf Nokk (born October 22, 1830 in Bruchsal , † before 1929) was a German judge .

Life

His father was the grammar school director and member of the Baden second chamber Anton Nokk . The politician Wilhelm Nokk (1832-1903) was his brother. He studied in Freiburg, Heidelberg and Bonn. During his studies he became a member of the Bonn fraternity of Frankonia in the winter semester of 1851/52 . In 1854 the native of Baden was sworn in. In 1864 he became public prosecutor and in 1871 senior public prosecutor. In 1879 he was appointed higher regional judge . In 1885 he came to the Imperial Court. He was active in the 1st Criminal Senate. In 1894 he retired.

A street in the south-west of Karlsruhe is named after Rudolf Nokk.
