Rudolf Paarmann

Rudolf Paarmann (* 1826 in Tilsit , Prussian Lithuania ; † August 12, 1893 in Königsberg i. Pr. ) Was a German builder .

From 1854 he directed the new building of the Albertus University in Königsberg designed by Friedrich August Stüler . The Kant chapel at Königsberg Cathedral, built in 1880 (and demolished in 1923) also came from him . After 1875 he became director of building. From his estate, the Königsberg building trade school was donated 12,000 marks (1871) for scholarships.
