Rudolf Rempel (judge)

Rudolf Rempel (born August 28, 1892 in Bielefeld , † August 28, 1977 ) was a German instance judge and civil servant at the Federal Audit Office .

Life

Rempel studies law and political science in Geneva , Heidelberg and Bonn . In Heidelberg he became active in the Corps Suevia Heidelberg in 1911 . After serving in the First World War , he became a court assessor in 1922 . Rempel was 1924-1928 Speaker of the State representative at the Franco-German Mixed Arbitral Tribunal. In 1928 he became a district judge in Berlin . In 1933 he became a district judge and in 1934 a chamber judge . He was also a personnel officer there. In 1939 he became a Ministerialrat at the Reich Audit Office . After the Second World War he was most recently Ministerialrat at the Federal Audit Office in its office building in Frankfurt am Main .
