The round-leaved Dost ( Origanum rotundifolium ) is a species of the genus Dost ( Origanum ) in the mint family (Lamiaceae). It is rarely used as an ornamental plant in rock gardens and alpine houses.

Vegetative characteristics
The round-leaved Dost grows as a perennial herbaceous plant to an evergreen dwarf shrub that reaches heights of up to 30 centimeters.
Generative characteristics
Its bracts are 8 to 25 millimeters long and yellowish green.
The flowering period extends from June to August.
Occurrence
The round-leaved dost occurs in Georgia and northeast Turkey . It colonizes rocks and rocky slopes at altitudes of 250 to 1300 meters.
