Nilsen rune

Rune Nilsen (born September 15, 1923 in Halden , † July 19, 1998 in Bærum ) was a Norwegian long and triple jumper .

At the European Athletics Championships in Brussels in 1950 , he was fifth in the long jump with 6.96 m and fourth in the triple jump with 14.50 m .

In 1952 he was with 15.13 m at the Olympic Games in Helsinki fifth in the triple jump.

Six times he was Norwegian champion in the triple jump (1946, 1947, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952) and once in the long jump (1949).
