Rushcliffe is an administrative district with borough status in Nottinghamshire in England . The administrative seat is the city of West Bridgford ; other significant places are Bingham , East Leake , Keyworth , Radcliffe on Trent and Ruddington .
The district was formed on April 1, 1974 and was the result of the merger of the Urban District West Bridgford, the Rural District Bingham and part of the Rural District Basford.
