The Russell River is a river in the southeast of the Australian state of Tasmania .

geography

River course

It rises on the eastern slopes of Snowy North in the Snowy Range in the extreme northeast of the Southwest National Park . From there it flows to the southeast, along the Denison Ridge . About three kilometers south of the Rimons Hill Forest Reserve it flows into the Huon River .
