Jean Christophe Schwaab (born August 23, 1979 in Lausanne , resident in La Chaux-de-Fonds and Lausanne) is a Swiss politician ( SP ). Schwaab is a lawyer and obtained a licentiate in law from the University of Bern in 2003 , where he obtained his doctorate in business law in 2009. Schwaab is married and has a son and a daughter.

Schwaab was a member of the National Council from 2011 to 2017 and was there on the Committee for Legal Issues RK and the Pardon Commission BeK . Before that, he had been on the Grand Council of the Canton of Vaud since March 2007 .
