geography

Bourg-en-Lavaux is located in the Lavaux vineyards on the north shore of Lake Geneva, about 15 kilometers east of Lausanne and 10 kilometers west of Vevey . The municipality borders in the north on Savigny VD , in the northeast on Forel (Lavaux) , in the east on Puidoux , in the south on Lake Geneva and in the west on Lutry .

The commune of Bourg-en-Lavaux emerged from the communes of Cully , Epesses , Grandvaux , Riex and Villette .
