Fathi Derder (born December 4, 1970 in Lausanne ; resident in Saas Almagell ) is a Swiss politician ( FDP ).

Life

Derder, the son of an Algerian father and a Swiss mother, worked as a radio and television presenter for several years. In the Swiss parliamentary elections in 2011 he was elected to the National Council. There he has a seat in the Commission for Science, Education and Culture WBK and the Assemblée parlementaire de la Francophonie APF . In the elections in 2019 he did not join in again.

He has four children and lives in Lutry . From 1980 to 2000 he was a Swiss-Algerian citizen .
