The Rynda ( Russian Рында ) is a river in the north of the Kola Peninsula in Murmansk Oblast in Russia .

Its catchment area covers 980 km², its mean discharge at the mouth 22 m³ / s. The river has its origin about 30 km east of the Serebrjanskoje reservoir . It flows through several lakes, including Lake Korosero , then flows in a north-easterly direction about 70 km to its confluence with the Barents Sea , about 150 km east of Murmansk .

The natural salmon river is popular with fishing tourists.
