Soren Steen

Søren Steen (born August 22, 1942 in Denmark ) is a Danish film and theater actor.

Life

Steen completed his acting training from 1968 to 1971 at the Statens Teaterskole in Copenhagen. He then went on a study trip to other countries, including Helsinki, London and Gothenburg. After that he had several engagements at various theaters. His first involvement in film and television had in 1969 in a supporting role as a journalist in the Danish comedy Mig og min lillebror og Bølle and in 1970 in the Danish western Four Great Boys on the Prairie as a cowboy. As a result, he had several actor appearances, mainly in supporting roles, in many Danish films and television series. This is how he appeared in the television series Oh, these tenants! , SK-917 har nettopp lands .. , Gøngehøvdingen , Bryggeren , TAXA and private detective Anthonsen . Steen has also worked as a voice actor for Danish voice in a number of cartoons and animated films. For example in the Danish speaking role in the film Dracula's Ring for the German-Czech cartoon series Die Ketchup-Vampire and in the Danish cartoon Prins Piwi . Also in three Danish films about the Olsen Gang acted in different supporting roles. Steen had his last appearance in 2006 in the family film The Lost Treasure of the Knights Templar . In addition to his appearances in films and series, Steen also worked as a theater actor at the Aalborg Teater and the Det Kongelige Teater in Copenhagen to the end.
