Sunayna Wahi (born August 14, 1990 ) is a Surinamese sprinter .

Athletic career

In 2009 Sunayna Wahi qualified for the World Championships in Berlin and was eliminated there over 200 meters in the preliminary run. At the South American Championships in Lima she reached fifth place over 200 meters and was eliminated over 100 meters in the first round.

In 2015, she took sixth place over 100 meters and fifth over 200 meters at the South American Championships in Lima . She also qualified for the Pan American Games in Toronto , where she did not reach the semifinals over 200. In 2016 she took part in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro for her country and reached the preliminary round there . In 2017 she took part in the South American Championships in Luque , where she finished sixth over 200 meters.
