The remnants of a Wendish ring wall on a peninsula on the northern shore of Lake Süsel near Süsel in Schleswig-Holstein are called Süseler Schanze . The Slavic name was probably Suislegrad. The plant is located in the area of the municipality of Sierksdorf . The peninsula extends south into the lake so that the area is surrounded by water on three sides.

Remnants of ramparts and ditches can be seen . The remains of the oval ring wall, which was largely removed in the 19th century, have a diameter of around 70 to 95 meters. About 60 m north of the ring wall (on the side facing the land) a curved wall of the outer bailey can still be seen .

Based on the found ceramic remains , the complex is dated to the 7th to 12th centuries AD.

The remains of the complex are now protected as a ground monument.
