Sławomir Majak (born January 12, 1969 in Gidle ) is a former Polish football player .

In Germany he played for Hannover 96 (1996) and for Hansa Rostock (1997-2001). The striker scored 15 goals in 108 Bundesliga games, including the winning goal in FC Hansa Rostock's 3-2 win at VfL Bochum on May 29, 1999, which gave the Rostockers relegation in the last second. From 2001 to 2003 he played in Cyprus with Anorthosis Famagusta . After he was loaned to the second-rate club MKS Piotrcovia Piotrków Trybunalski in 2003 , Mayak finally returned to his Polish homeland in 2004. He played one more season for his hometown club RKS Radomsko , which he also looked after six games as a player-coach.

After relegation to the third division, Mayak took over the post of head coach in 2005. In October of the same year, however, he moved on to Concordia Piotrków Trybunalski .

From 1995 to 2001 Majak completed 22 senior internationals for the Polish national team .

In 1997 the national player was named Footballer of the Year in Poland .
