The steam locomotive series SB 35c was a tender locomotive series of the Südbahngesellschaft (SB), a private Austrian-Hungarian railway company .

As the SB 35a series proved its worth, the SB wanted to purchase other, similar machines. Under the direction of Louis Adolf Gölsdorfs , ten units were ordered from the Wiener Neustädter Lokomotivfabrik , which were delivered in 1872. They differed from the SB 35a by the Le Chatelier Ricour counter-vapor brake.

After 1924 two of them came to Italy , where they were given the series designation FS 454 and were soon taken out of service. The remaining eight pieces came to Yugoslavia , of which only the company numbers 19-22 of the JDŽ 132 series were occupied. The rest of them were taken out of service beforehand.
