The documentary is about the search for a good life. The basic thesis is that we are in control of our own well-being. The film accompanies five people who dare to undertake the self-healing project and shows their approaches to lead a healthier life. Among other things, it will address how you can get in touch with yourself with yoga , what power is in medicinal and wild herbs , how you can become pain-free through a vegan diet , how you can find vitality through sport and exercise, and how mindfulness and meditation enrich life can.

In the film, experts give tips and instructions on yoga, exercise, fasting , nutrition, relaxation and meditation.
