The SL-ryggen ( Norwegian ) is a press ice ridge up to 2156 m high in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises between the Kottas Mountains and the Amundsenisen in the southern part of the Maudheimvidda .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1987 after the abbreviation for Sentralledelse , the central command of the Milorg resistance group against the German occupation of Norway in World War II .
