SUPER.MARKT was first broadcast on May 8, 2017 and was created as a result of a program reform as a follow-up to the consumer magazine WAS! Which was discontinued in December 2016 . . The program is broadcast weekly on Mondays between 8:15 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. SUPER.MARKT will be moderated by Janna Falkenstein, other experts appearing on the show are Chris Guse , Andreas Keßler , Gerald Meyer , Sven Oswald and Sarah Tschernigow.

The show is similar to the previous WAS! structured. The program contains product tests and questions on consumer protection topics. SUPER.MARKT encompasses the topics of food & drink , leisure , money , health , household , mobility , multimedia , law and living .
