Sabine Binder

Sabine Binder (* 24. August 1971 as Sabine Fischer in Tulln ) is an Upper Austrian liberal politician and since July 7, 2016 Member of Parliament .

Life and Political Work

After attending compulsory schools in Kirchberg am Wagram and the Federal College for Women in Economics in Krems an der Donau , Binder completed an apprenticeship as a hairdresser and wig maker and worked as a stylist in Vienna until 1998 . Then Binder worked for a drugstore in Tulln for four years; in addition, she passed the entrepreneurship and master craftsman exams in 2001. She has been self-employed as a master hairdresser since 2002. In 2006 Binder married a farmer from Wallern an der Trattnach ; the couple has three children.

Binder has been an active member of the Wallern an der Trattnach community council since 2009, initially as a substitute member, and since 2015 as the community council. In addition, since 2012 she has been deputy local party spokeswoman, deputy district spokeswoman for the Freedom Economy as well as deputy district spokeswoman for the FPÖ Grieskirchen. On July 7, 2016, Binder replaced Wolfgang Klinger , who moved to the National Council , in the Upper Austrian state parliament .
