Sabine Eichhorst is a German journalist and author .

Life

Sabine Eichhorst studied German and sociology . She worked as a radio journalist for ARD for over 20 years . For her reports and features she was awarded the Civis Media Prize in 2002 for information for everything clear, or what ?! Turkish as a new youth language? excellent. In 2011 she received the Herbert Quandt Media Prize for the radio feature Running Shoes from the Cowshed - Two Brothers, One Dream and Construction East . Since 1993 she has also written books and company chronicles and published a. a. the SPIEGEL bestseller A day's work - memories of a maid .
