Sabine Reithmeier (born September 24, 1979 ; born Sabine Flatscher ) is a former German biathlete .

Life

Sabine Flatscher was very successful as a junior, but ended her career early and today works as a social worker for the Caritas Children's Village Irschenberg . She is friends with Martina Glagow .

In 1999 she won two titles at the Junior World Championships in Pokljuka . In the overall European Cup ranking in 2000/2001 , Sabine Flatscher finished second with 603 points behind Sabrina Buchholz , who had 9 points more. In addition, she won the bronze medal in the pursuit at the European Championships of the same year and the relay title together with Katja Beer , Simone Denkinger and Ina Menzel .
