Sabtang is a municipality in the Philippine province of Batanes . It is located in the southwest of the province. The municipality includes the island of the same name and the smaller islands Ibuhos (Ivuhos, Ibahos) and Dequey to the west of it. On August 1, 2015, it had 1621 inhabitants.

Sabtang is divided into the following six barangays (population at the 2000 census in brackets)

  • Chavayan (180) (south)
  • Malakdang (285) (NNO)
  • Nakanmuan (126) (Northwest)
  • Savidug (210) (East)
  • Sinakan (526) (northeast)
  • Sumnanga (351) (west)
