The Sachigo River is a left tributary of the Severn River in the Kenora District in the Canadian province of Ontario .

The Sachigo River has its origin in Pasateko Lake. It flows northeast to Sachigo Lake . The river leaves the lake on the north bank and continues to flow to Little Sachigo Lake in the north . The Sachigo River then flows in a northeastern direction. In the lower reaches, the river takes in the Wapaseese River from the right and the Beaver Stone River from the left. After a distance of 380 km, the Sachigo River flows into the Severn River on the left. The catchment area covers 21,100 km² at the level below the Beaver Stone River. The mean discharge is 144 m³ / s.
